We are into the business of Line Production & Locations all over India. We are commercially aware and financially astute who has a successful track record of delivering results by engaging in every aspect of the production. We are engaged in line production of Television Commercials, Web Commercials, Corporate Films, Short Films, Documentary, & Print Shoots & as a freelancer for various production houses

Born into a family of Farmer, "Rajan Singh" rebelled as a day-dreaming chef who peeled his last carrot aged 20, swapping apron for broom to sweep the floors of a film studio. Unless there’s something behind him he can honestly say he’s never looked back. Having spent years honing the craft and carving out a niche, Rajan now produce to many Digital & TVC commercial.

When a precocious young man became a co-founder and producer at Failman Films at the age of 26, little did he know the ad-world was soon to become his playground, Rajan Singh has been an enthusiastic cinephile since his nascent years.

Having worked for years learning different facets of film making Rajan Singh started his dream project to tell stories and make short and long format films..FAILMAN FILMS.

Just like there use to be a fascinating excitement whenever there was a circus in town, FAILMAN FILMS aspires to create similar magic in the world of entertainment.

Garima career is very simple living & high thinking. She always support FailMan Films with financial & Ideas, How we can more devolved towards success.

As a peoples person & Creative Producer, Garima is known for her art of hospitality & cooking The joy of food & films, Makes her believe that Nothing brings people together like good films with good food. While pursuing her degree in Mass Media from Mumbai, Whether it was interning at TV show sets, during college or calling the creative shots at production houses. Her earlier days or doing what she does best at FailMan Films today there's no stopping her,With her passion. Hard work and drive for success, one can only Wonder what it that she cant do.
She loves people and they mostly love her back (so she thinks). She's a strategist and planner for all the future events.

Abhishek Patil

For Abhishek, life has come a full 360 degrees. The Engineer turned MCA turned Line Producer has quickly gained his footing in the world of Film Making. With his Vigor and zeal, Abhishek constantly dives his efforts towards making things happen and his politeness, makes it impossible for people to say No to him. The only time he is not reachable when he is lost in his Wanderlust or a plate full of yummy food.

Aadarsh Singh Working as a Production Manager & Controller since 2018.
From 2018-2020 he has Managed more than 60 commercials, Some music videos Etc.... Example BMW, Skoda, Sporto, Phonepe, Toyota, GOBD Grofers, Tata Motors, Britannia, Jio Hyundai, Hindustan Unilever, Honda, Volkswagen, Vivo and many more...

He got a chance to come to Mumbai to pursue his passion in Filmmaking and join Endemolshine as an assistant director for a feature project. And then started working as a Production Manager in ad world.
